^ So on the Southwest corner of McClintock and Warner is a proposed Cane’s Fried Chicken with drivethru. I don’t know much about Cane’s, but I do know that fast food restaurants don’t do much for your home values.
Plus, South Tempe is a rare community in Phoenix. We have so much going for us, and a chain restaurant like this takes us backwards.
